Tex Mex Mix Popcorn with popped popcorn, ground chili powder, paprika, cumin and Monterey Jack cheese - Texas sized taste!
2 quarts popcorn popped in oil
2 teaspoons ground chili powder
2 teaspoons paprika
2 teaspoons ground cumin
1 cup cubed Monterey Jack cheese (about 1/4-inch cubes)
Keep popped popcorn warm.
Mix seasonings together and toss with popcorn. Add cheese and mix thoroughly.
Recipe makes 2 quarts.
