Avocado in Vegetable Salad Delight

Healthful avocados contribute nearly 20 nutrients to the quality of this Vegetable Salad Delight. A bit of honey lends a nice touch of sweetness.


1 ripe avocado
1/2 teaspoon honey
1/4 cup water
1 clove garlic
2 teaspoons flax oil
1 teaspoon dill
1/2 teaspoon sea salt
1/2 lemon, juiced


Blend all ingredients together until creamy and let sit in refrigerator for half an hour allowing the flavors to harmonize.

Pour over salad and toss well.
