Soy Me Salad

Soy Sauce for Soy Me Salad

Soy Me Salad has romaine lettuce with soy sauce, Dijon, honey, sesame seeds and sesame oil with rice vinegar.


2 bunches romaine lettuce, washed and drained
1/4 cup low sodium soy sauce
1 tablespoon  Dijon mustard
1 teaspoon honey
2 tablespoons dried sage
2 tablespoons rice vinegar
1/2 cup sesame seeds
1 teaspoon sesame oil


In a small non-stick fry pan, roast seasame seeds until golden brown.

In small bowl combine all the other ingredients, whisk until well blended. Set aside.

Tear romaine lettuce into bite size pieces and place in 4 indivdual salad bowls.

Pour dressing over each and sprinkle with roasted seasame seeds.
