Golden Corral's Seafood Salad is a verstile seafood salad recipe that you can serve as a salad, on lettuce or on split croissants.
1 pound imitation crab meat, shredded
1 cup diced celery
1/2 cup mayonnaise
1/4 cup sliced green onions (with the green too)
1 tablespoon lemon juice
3 hard boiled eggs, chopped
Mix all ingredients.
Refrigerate for about an hour to allow flavors to blend.
- Serve as a salad
- Serve on a bed of lettuce
- Serve on freshly baked split croissants
Recipe makes 4 servings.
