Pineapple Coleslaw


*Only a trace of fat in this Pineapple Coleslaw recipe!


3/4 cup fat-free mayonnaise
2 tablespoons vinegar
2 tablespoons sugar
1 tablespoon skim milk
4 cups shredded cabbage
1 8-ounce can unsweetened pineapple tidbits
Paprika, optional


In a mixing bowl, combine mayonnaise, vinegar, sugar and milk.

Place cabbage and pineapple in a large salad bowl; add dressing and toss. Chill.

Sprinkle with paprika before serving if desired.
