Graham crackers for graham cracker sandwiches

Kids from 8 to 88 will love these sweet, healthy Graham Cracker Sandwiches snack! Bananas, peanut butter and cinnamon combine to make a very pleasing snack for any time.


1/2 cup peanut butter
1 to 2 small, ripe bananas
1/4 teaspoon cinnamon
Graham Crackers


Mash 1/2 cup of peanut butter and 1 large or 2 small very ripe bananas with a fork.

Add 1/4 teaspoon of cinnamon and mash again.

Spread on one graham cracker square and top with the other for a fun and healthy treat.

Notes: To reduce fat and make these as healthy as possible, use all-natural peanut butter and reduced fat graham crackers.

Recipe Suggestion

You can also use this as a dip with teddy bear shaped graham crackers for kids.

Recipe Variation

Use chocolate grahams or cinnamon grahams.
