Super simple, super scrumptious! Egg, Canadian bacon or lean ham and Cheddar cheese on an English Muffin Breakfast Sandwich.


1 English muffin, split in half and toasted
1 egg
2 slices soy Canadian bacon or ham
1 slice soy Cheddar cheese

Layer cooked egg, Canadian bacon and cheese slice on one half of English muffin. Top with other muffin half.
