Rum Punch

Rum Punch

Rum Punch with steeped vanilla beans in a bottle of rum. Add a large block of iced tea, lime juice and strong black coffee and enjoy.


1 bottle medium-dark rum
2 vanilla beans
1/4 cup sugar
1 large block tea ice
1 cup fresh lime juice
4 cups cold strong black tea


Put vanilla beans in bottle of rum and allow the tea to steep for 2 to 3 hours. Strain.

Set block of tea ice in a punch bowl and add rum, lime juice and tea. Stir.

Serve in 4-ounce punch glasses.
